The standard Supercheap layout. If you have shopped at a Supercheap Auto store before, you should be familiar with the way it is set up. They stock a complete range of automotive and electronic products including cleaning, painting, oils and filters for most makes and model vehicles. They also stock a comprehensive range of batteries, tools and storage containers. You can order online from their extensive range pre pick up. Supercheap also offer a rewards card program with online member specials and store cash credits. Staff are always there to help you and give advice. If they don't have your items in stock, they will do a search of available stores or put your item on order.
Quite a large well stocked store with all things automotive, hand & power tools & car care on offer. The store also offers a range of services, for example, window wiper, bulb and battery installation. The staff are well versed in the products they sell and can advise on the best for your situation.
Went to buy accessories for my new car.
There were no staff to be found and the ones there it was to much of an effort for them to help me .very poor customer service.wont go there again
Have shopped here numerous times and the staff are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, going out of their way to answer any questions and provide you with the right product/item. Also love that all receipts are kept on file if you join so you never have to go hunting around for them if you ever need to. One final point is that I also think their system of offering credit on your member account if any product price is dropped (for a certain time limit that I can't remember) after you've purchased it is amazing - I've often been surprised to learn that I've got a credit to use up when I'm buying bits and pieces.
Bought a nano camera from here which failed after 2 werks. After some hassle it was changed for another camera with same fitting but this again failed. So they sought to sell us another camera at a higher price but needed old cable back first. Trying to remove old cable at shop they refused to lend us scissors to cut cable ties.
VERY UNFRIENDLY SERVICE. BEEN A CUSTOMMER HERE FOR YEARS. Now I need to find somewhere else which deserves my patronage. Once problems occur. It shows the true customer focus attitude or in this case, no customer service attitude. The legal word Caveate Exemptor , or Buyer Beware, is very true
The lady in charge at the front desk was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble meaning it was a pleasure to shop at the Keperra. store.
